In just the few visits with Brenna, I have experienced less back and shoulder pain than with other massage therapists I have been to. Another difference is Brenna takes the time to explain how what she is doing and how I will see positive changes through therapeutic massage. No other massage therapist has given me homework to do (stretching and strengthening exercises) to keep me limber with reduced pain between sessions. Brenna truly is a God send!
