Cancellation Policy

Cancelled services will be reimbursed the full amount minus $25 for processing fees. All services can also be rescheduled 1 time free of charge with 24 hours notice**. If you make an error in booking, please reach out immediately at 434-202-3101. **Sick clients will be rescheduled free of charge - no exceptions. This is to ensure the safety of both other clients & myself.
