Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment is not permitted. Members who reschedule within 24 hours will be charged $15. No-call-no-shows result in the loss of your session. If you make an error in booking, please reach out immediately at 434-202-3101. **Sick clients will be rescheduled free of charge - no exceptions. This is to ensure the safety of both other clients & myself.
